The last objective visited was the Soveja mausoleum, on the Șușița river valey, 50 km from the main road at Tișița (DN 2L).

Relieful este deluros și împădurit, zona superbă. Chiar dacă locurile par izolate, merită explorate.

The relief is hilly and forested, the area is superb. Even if the places seem isolated, they are worth exploring.

The mausoleum is easy to find, as there are signs on the road leading to it.

The mausoleum bears several inscriptions:
"Here rest the soldiers who fell in these places in the war 1916 - 1919"
east side: "Soldiers who have fallen for their country / Brave of the faith, soldiers / May you rest in peace / Wherever you lay"
west side: "Those who have fallen for their country / On the rich lands / Sacrificing their whole spring / Are reborn, they have not died!"

- What does "open" ossuary mean?, I asked the mausoleum's caretaker.
- It means that the bones are laid in open space, go and see, she answered simply.
I approached the small window in the back and I looked below: lying on the earth, piles of bones neatly stacked like matches in a box, layers of skulls placed above them. Indescribable.
I was looking at the earthly remains of the heroes who made Great Romania.
Now I know what "open" ossuary means.

There is a small museum behind the mausoleum.

Uniforms, weapons, pictures and maps from that time.

RAAA! Lucrul public se respectă".

On the way back, I spotted this interesting historic artifact, "General A. Văitoianu bridge", mentioning that it was "built in 1915, V. Irimescu (?) written and offered...". On the other side, it's written "May 5th 1916" (yes, the date differs) and "live the Romanian army! Hou! RAAAH! Public works should be respected".
